The forest has more gravel tracks and areas of more fun trails with some technical steps, especially downhill. The route is not excessively demanding. You have to take the altitude and heat into account and bring enough food and water.

There are several caves and waterfalls to visit and different animals, especially primates and many sunis (Nesotragus moschatus).
